So you’ve got a classic 1966 Ford Mustang fastback body laying in the back. You’ve got an old 1970s era Bronco laying back there next to it. One night you go to sleep and you hear a little rustling around in the woods. Next some moaning, a little groaning, a small grunt, and it’s over. You think nothing of it until the next morning. You rub your eyes and look out the window. You rub them again. What in sam hell? Your Mustang made sweet love to your Bronco. You call some friends, grab a 30 pack of Keystone and hit the hills in your brand new Mustang Fastback GT350 motherfuckin’ 4×4 Broncostang!
Who does this? To a fastback, no less? The Mustang is nice, the interior is really fricking nice. I don’t know if you save the zombie piece of Americana Broncostang or take that beloved sexy Ford fastback body off and turn it back into a vintage muscle car. There is no wrong answer here, it’s just a matter of personal preference. I say do both. The fenders look like they were modified a bit but the rest is damn nice. It’s even got a 351 Cleveland for God’s sake. Keep the Broncostang for winter and convert it over to a Mustang for summer. If you’ve got a spare fourteen grand laying around take it down to Virginia (I did not make that location up as the home to this car) and grab the Broncostang before they paint a confederate flag on the roof.
